I am a Classical Yoga practitioner in the Sivananda lineage, with a teaching foundation built upon the core pillars of classical yoga: asanas, pranayama, deep relaxation, mindfulness, and a yogic lifestyle. My approach emphasizes safety, structure, and sustainable practice.

With five years of experience in the wellness field, I have had the privilege of guiding both domestic and international students from diverse cultural and physical backgrounds. I have dedicated over 800 hours to Vipassana meditation, which serves as a vital foundation for the mindfulness and emotional stability he mindfully integrates into my teaching.

Furthermore, I have spent two years studying and practicing Ayurveda, applying traditional Indian medicinal principles to harmonize lifestyle, daily routines, and the balance of mind and body.

My methodology is interdisciplinary, scientific, and evidence-based, bridging an engineering mindset with classical yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda. This balanced approach is designed to support both beginners and advanced practitioners on their journey toward lasting physical and spiritual transformation.
